Arden is an AI-powered nutrition advisor, NOT a healthcare provider.

The insights and advice provided by Arden are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or nutrition plan.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Arden, or have parental consent if permitted by local laws.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Arden for any unlawful purposes or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, including attempting to reverse engineer the AI models.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Arden, including our AI algorithms and design system, are the exclusive property of Arden and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
